The Dutch Antilles (Nederlandse Antillen) also used meter marks, like this one from for Aruba. It is the same type which was widely used in the Netherlands. The number shows this is machine 11.

In 1971 there was also a slogan in it: Visit Aruba/little Dutch Isle/Caribbean style. The envelope was sent by the library. Three years later it was used without a slogan and the sender was the government office. So it looks likely that this meter mark has been used throughout the different parts of the government.
